These terms govern your use of the KingEasyBuy marketplace and your purchases from sellers on the platform. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified. Prices and availability may change. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues, with a full refund where payment was taken.

Products are sold by independent verified sellers. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the fulfilment of their orders. KingEasyBuy facilitates the transaction, payment and dispatch coordination.

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Delivery Information, Returns Policy and Refund Policy.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, KingEasyBuy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
