We'll arrange collection or provide return instructions.
Faulty or incorrect items If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow a few working days for the funds to reflect.
