This policy applies to personal information we process when you use KingEasyBuy. By using the platform you acknowledge this policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

KingEasyBuy (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for your personal information under POPIA. Questions and requests can be sent to our information officer at privacy@kingeasybuy.co.za.

• Account details — name, email, phone number and password • Order and delivery details — items, addresses and contact details • Payment information — processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers • Communications — messages, support tickets and reviews • Technical data — device, browser, IP address and usage data via cookies

We collect information directly from you (when you register, order, contact us or post a review), automatically (through cookies and similar technologies as you use the site), and from our service providers (such as payment and delivery partners) where relevant to your order.

• To create and manage your account, and to process orders, payments, delivery and returns (to perform our contract with you) • To provide customer support and send transactional updates (our legitimate interests and to perform our contract) • To improve, secure and personalise the platform (our legitimate interests) • To send marketing where you've consented (your consent) • To comply with legal obligations (such as tax and consumer law)

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

We share only what's necessary: • With sellers — to fulfil your order • With couriers — to deliver your order • With payment providers — to process and verify payment • With service providers — who help us run the platform, under confidentiality obligations • Where required by law, or to protect our rights and users We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant gateways over encrypted connections. KingEasyBuy does not see or store your full card details, and payment is confirmed on our servers via secure, signed notifications.

Some service providers may process data outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection, as required by POPIA.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We use encryption, access controls and other technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to notify you and the regulator of breaches where required.

You have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you • Ask us to correct or update it • Ask us to delete it, where appropriate • Object to certain processing, including direct marketing • Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator To exercise these rights, contact privacy@kingeasybuy.co.za.

We only send marketing emails where you've consented or where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional messages about your orders are not marketing and will still be sent.

The platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonable.

For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@kingeasybuy.co.za. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we've mishandled your personal information.
