Delivery information Coverage We deliver to all nine provinces across South Africa. Timeframes Standard delivery: 2–5 working days. Express delivery (where available): 1–2 working days. Delivery times begin once your payment is confirmed and the seller has dispatched your order. Delivery fees Fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order value. Orders that qualify ship free — look out for the free-delivery threshold shown in the banner and at checkout. Multiple sellers If your order contains items from more than one seller, each may ship separately and arrive on different days. You can track each shipment individually. Tracking Once an order ships you'll receive the courier and tracking number, also visible under My Account → Orders. Failed deliveries If a delivery can't be completed, the courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Please ensure your contact details and address are correct at checkout.
