Delivery Information

We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa, including major metros, towns and most outlying areas. Some remote or farm addresses may require an alternative arrangement, which we'll confirm with you if needed.

Delivery timeframes begin once your payment is confirmed and the seller has dispatched your order. Most sellers dispatch within 1–2 working days. Pre-orders, made-to-order or bulky items may take longer — this is noted on the product page where applicable.

• Standard delivery: 2–5 working days • Express delivery (where available): 1–2 working days • Outlying / regional areas: may add 1–3 working days Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the seller and the order value. Because orders can contain items from more than one seller, you may see a delivery fee per seller. The total is always shown before you pay.

Orders that reach the active free-delivery threshold qualify for free standard delivery. The threshold is shown in the site banner and again at checkout, and may change from time to time.

KingEasyBuy is a multi-seller marketplace. When your order includes items from different sellers, each seller ships separately. Your parcels may arrive on different days and via different couriers, and each shipment is tracked on its own.

Once a shipment is dispatched you'll receive the courier name and tracking number, also available under My Account → Orders → Track. The tracking page shows a timeline of updates such as dispatched, in transit, out for delivery and delivered.

If a delivery can't be completed (no one available, incorrect address, or access issues), the courier will usually attempt re-delivery or contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the parcel being returned to the seller; re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct and complete at checkout. We can't be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided (or to a person who accepts the parcel at that address).

Where COD is available, please have the exact amount ready on delivery. Couriers may be unable to provide change, and an order may be returned if payment can't be collected.
