How do I place an order?
Browse or search for a product, add it to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You'll choose a delivery address, a delivery option and a payment method before confirming.
What payment methods do you accept?
Ozow (instant EFT), Yoco (card), manual bank transfer (EFT) and Cash on Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days nationwide. You'll receive tracking details once your items ship.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Sign in and open the order under My Account → Orders to see the live status and tracking.
How do returns work?
Most items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.
How do I sell on KingEasyBuy?
Register an account, then apply to open a store. Once approved you can list products, manage orders and request payouts from your seller dashboard.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by trusted gateways over encrypted connections. We never store your full card details.
