Refund Policy

When you're entitled to a refund
• The item is faulty, damaged or not as described. • The item is returned within 30 days in line with our Returns Policy. • An order was paid for but could not be fulfilled.
How refunds are made
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Ozow, Yoco card, or EFT). Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by EFT to a bank account you provide.
Timeframes
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within a few working days. The time for funds to reflect depends on your bank or card provider.
Partial refunds
Where only some items in an order are returned, only those items (and any related delivery fee, where applicable) are refunded.
